Strataboard exists because of the feedback graveyard — requests accumulate while evidence, delivery, and the people who asked drift apart. The north star is loops closed: every change traced back to the request that caused it.

Principles

Evidence over volume: weight requests by revenue and relationship, not raw votes.
Close the loop: shipping is not done until the people who asked hear back.
Calm, dense tools: borders before shadows; meaning before decoration.
Honest scope: ship only what works today, and say what does not.
