Preview Privacy Notice

Plain-language privacy notice for the current no-charge Strataboard preview.

The preview

Strataboard is in no-charge preview access. No payment is required or accepted during the preview.

Your account email, the feedback posts and comments you submit, votes, NPS responses, and your organization's settings and integrations.

A signed httpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in. Sign-in magic links are signed, single-use, and expire after 15 minutes.

When you connect Slack, Intercom, Stripe, Linear, Jira, or GitHub, those credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to sync the data you choose.

Posts on public boards are visible on your organization's portal. Private boards are not exposed to anonymous visitors.
